At Seiko Boutique Ireland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch back into its original Seiko presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Boutique

  Securely package the box in a shipping carton and send it to our Dublin boutique using a tracked and insured courier service to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
